Fools
Been watching the media and some Democrats acting extremely vile the past few days. Something I’ve observed in life is that when people get that low, that disgusting, that evil, it’s because they are completely and totally insecure of themselves. They will take the smallest thing, things that to normal people don’t mean a thing and turn it into a filthy attack on another individual if they are in the least bit threatened by that individual.
You see it at your job every day.
I see it at my job every day.
It is repulsive.
As Rudy Guiliani said to a reporter who said the questions were fair, “They might be questions, but they are not fair.”
Whether it be us “peasants” or those in politics or even celebrities, some of the actions by people who are more twisted, sinister, rude and cruel is inexcusable. Focus on what the person does or can do instead of focusing on personal attacks simply because you don’t like them or because you know, deep down, they are a better human than you can ever imagine to be.
I’ve had it up to my eyeballs with people like this. As stated, I have to deal with a few people just like this every damn day at work and between wanting to vomit and beating the crap out of them, it’s enough.
At least for Palin, she has a lot of heavy hitters standing up for her and to the media and telling the bullies that they are foul. Too bad in our daily lives we can’t find more people like that. But this is what we have become, apparently. A nation of whiny little assholes who will stoop as low as they possibly can until we resemble viscous animals gathering for a kill.
Does anyone wonder why I greatly dislike people so much? I can’t stand pansy assed candy eaters.
Oh and by the way, Fred Thompson, (damn how I wish he was running), said something last night at the RNC that put it perfectly and I’m going to steal it and use it in all the debates that unfortunately come my way about St. Hope and Change and his plans to end tax cuts for big corporations.
I’m paraphrasing:
“As long as you don’t buy groceries, clothes or gas, as long as you aren’t receiving a check from a big business or small business, they won’t affect you at all.”
DUH! Why can’t people get that? Just how stupid are people? That’s it, exactly. That’s the best way I’ve seen it put yet. Everyone talks about how they want their politicians to know what it’s like to be us but everyone doesn’t even have a clue as to how to interpret what those politicians are saying. Well, there you go, in laymen’s terms, just what St. Hope and Change plans for you. Good luck with that.
