IQ Dropping
Jesus debating Christ. First off, if I hear the word, “fundamental” one more time, I’m going to beat someone. Second, again I watched the debate on C-Span because I simply cannot stomach those talking heads. They literally make me feel ill. After the debate was over, I listened to a few phone calls from viewers and one guy went on and on and on about how McCain left them during the Six Day war in Israel and then some 15 year old schmuck called in; well, first he didn’t say he was 15, he just said that the debate changed his mind to vote. Then he said he couldn’t vote. When asked why, he said that he was only 15. Then he was asked who he would support and he said Nader. When asked why he would support Nader, he ummmed, awwwed, uum...because...um...oh fucking bloody hell. Right after that someone from Miami called in supporting McCain and the bitch cut him off in the middle of him talking and I put that together with the ever so slight zoom in on St. Hope and Change that was done throughout the debate that I decided these fucks are biased as well, like I’ve heard, I’m done.
So I stupidly switched through cable news networks and listened to a whole bunch of morons say that St. Hope and Change won, I listened that ugly bastard Krauthammer (whatever), on Fox say that it was a tie so of course St. Hope and Change won....what? How do you have a winner in a TIE? Then I heard some idiot undecided, (seriously, are you not paying attention or what is the deal? How can you not know by now who you would vote for? Seriously. After all this time, after all the research time you’ve had, you don’t know? Have you been living under a rock?), state that he thought St. Hope and Change won because he seemed relaxed.
Ok, I’m about sick to death of people stating that the reason this person did well was because he looked in to “our eyes”, (he looked in to the camera), or that the other person raised his eyebrows a couple of times and boy wasn’t THAT weird....give me a fucking break! Did you pay attention to a single thing either one of them said? They both looked in to the camera, you dolts. They both raised their eyebrows and smiled or snickered. Can we actually discuss what the fuck they said?? I felt my IQ dropping every time one of them spoke.
I didn’t hear St. Hope and Change say much of anything. In fact, I haven’t seen that much tap dancing since I was 5 years old in dance class. He was asked specifically for programs he would cut and once again, he didn’t name them. He danced and skipped around all kinds of issues, he interrupted McCain several times, he kept calling him “John” (totally disrespectful), he contradicted himself in his own answers, (example: said he wouldn’t give a litmus test to Supreme Court Judge nominees but then told a story about some lady suing for equal pay and stated that the Supreme Court Judges should, paraphrasing here of course, agree with his ideology), everything was about spend, spend, spend but then stated he would go, page by page, line by line and cut programs. How can you cut spending if all you want to do is spend? And what the fuck was that bullshit mess of an answer about his health care program? Does anyone understand what he is saying? And I don’t mean I didn’t understand it, I mean I DO understand it but I want to know how many were blinded by the bullshit that was flying from his mouth. So, if I have insurance through my employer, stay there but if I don’t have insurance, join this gigantic group for low prices and we’ll TAX THE SHIT OUT OF EVERYONE to pay for it. He flat out lied about ACORN and Ayers. Flat. Out. Lied. To our faces. On television. And the very fact that he doesn’t see anything wrong with his association with Ayers should be a big, red flag. He doesn’t understand NAFTA, he doesn’t understand school vouchers, he doesn’t understand alternative energy, he doesn’t understand that we do not want more taxes, he doesn’t understand the American people at all. I simply cannot understand why anyone would vote for this person. Why? Because he looked in to the camera? “He was looking at me when he talked!” Idiots! Anyone can look in to a camera. Listen to what he’s saying. It’s no detail and a whole lot of spending. What does a whole lot of spending mean? More taxes for you and me. Whee.
Oh and by the way, Barack Hussein Obama: I do not live beyond my means and I do not appreciate YOU blaming ME for the way the economy is, currently. In fact, it is because I do not live beyond my means that when I go to get a loan for something, I have to jump through hoops of fire, offer blood samples, DNA samples, hair follicles, and a swath of skin to even be considered so you can just suck a fucking rotten egg. How DARE you blame me and others like me who are responsible. Dick head. Enjoy your fat bonus you received from Fanny and Freddie you crooked, lying asshole.
McCain got him good a number of times today. I think he went after him more aggressively than he has in the past debates, especially the line about how he’s NOT President Bush and why don’t you go back in time four years so you can debate him since you are so infatuated with him, (again, paraphrasing). He named some programs he would cut, he explained his health care plan very well, (even though St. Hope and Change’s interruptions), he explained how he would get us away from being dependent on foreign oil from countries who hate us in less than a decade, he explained what he would do to turn around the piss poor education we have in this country, (and, there is no denying it, our education sucks total ass), he brought up Ayers and ACORN, (although he didn’t fight it all that much) and he stated that he was, frankly, hurt by the comments made comparing him to Wallace. He wanted St. Hope and Change to say something on that. What did St. Hope and Change say? Well, this is politics, you should expect that. Only when pushed did he say that he issued a statement and so did that Congress fuckhag stating he “probably” went over the line. Probably. Not he did. Probably. A typical Democratic non apology apology. McCain was genuinely hurt and St. Hope and Change didn’t give two shits about that. Sickening.
There is too much to remember here but I was so disgusted by what St. Hope and Change was saying that I could not even possibly look at this as unbiased as possible. I tried for about 5 minutes and I couldn’t stomach it anymore. St. Hope and Change sat there and LIED to us or completely avoided talking about certain subjects and contradicted himself time after time.
McCain came out strong, kept on him, brought up some issues that needed to be brought up, fought harder than he has in other debates and put St. Hope and Change on the defensive. So, for that reason, I would say this was a McCain victory, tonight. Despite what the talking heads say. But who gives a shit what the talking heads say since their heads are crammed so far up St. Hope and Change’s ass, their words make no sense.
“He looked relaxed.” “He looked in to the camera at us.” “He smiled and giggled a few times.” “He sounded eloquent.”
People. These are NOT reasons to vote for someone. Any good manipulator can pull that off. Listen to what they are saying, listen to what they are NOT saying. Just fucking listen!
Anyway, we have, what 20 days to go? Well, until we all vote but for results, God only knows how long THAT is going to take, (thanks assholes at ACORN!) I hope that McCain wins and then I don’t want to talk or read about politics again for the next 2 years. I’m so fucking over this whole damn race already. It has been one of the nastiest races I’ve ever seen. It has gone on for EVER. And every day I start to hate people more and more. To have it hit me, in the face, that so many are that gullible and are that stupid and base everything on the way a person LOOKS and not what they have or have not done.
Un.
Real.
Fuck it, I’m going to bed. I still have a real life I’m trying to keep going and a lot of shit going on in that real life and I’m exhausted because there is no break, anywhere except when I sleep. Even then, sometimes, there is no break.
This whole damn year has felt like one long, drawn out nightmare.
