Screwed

First of all, I’d like to thank each and every one of you for your support, well wishes, donations, humor, etc.  I am so overwhelmed by it all....thank you seems hardly enough.

I wish I had good news for you.  I do not.  Today I went to the Orthopedic doctor and this is the prognosis:

I have to have screws and a metal plate put in surgically.

The part that really sucks?  I cannot get this done until I come up with $4000 downpayment.

Oh yah.

Here is my bill as of this moment:
