I just do not understand people’s thought processes anymore. How can anyone do this and think it’s perfectly acceptable?

This dog should have weighed around 55 pounds. When it was spotted, it weighed a mere 26.5 pounds and the owner wanted the dog to weigh only 11 POUNDS! A 55 pound dog down to 11 pounds because her stupid ASS couldn’t ship the dog properly!
And what does she have to say for herself?

No, bitch, you did do something wrong and you didn’t “always” look after it well. You cannot rip 44 pounds of necessary weight off a dog and claim that there is nothing wrong with that. And since the German authorities probably won’t press charges, there’s a Texas judge I’d like this hag to meet.
