Rats
Didn’t want to post about this but I need to use every resource possible.
Many of you know by now that when I moved here, I had to find homes for almost all of my pets. My brother allowed me to keep one cat; the others are all spread across the country in new homes (or temporary homes).
I was also supposed to find a home for my two rats. I put up their pics and bios but there wasn’t a lot of time between doing that and the day I had to leave.
I wasn’t about to put them in the pound so I brought them with me, much to my brother’s chagrin. Needless to say, he doesn’t want me to have them here and quite frankly, they aren’t getting the freedom they deserve.
Of course, two weeks after I post about the rats for Seattle adoption, and I’ve been here a week, I get two requests. Uh....excuse the pun but, RATS!
Anyway, I sent an email to the Rat Association of Texas but they don’t seem to respond to emails very quickly or update their site very often.
This leads me to my post here. If anyone is within a 4 hour radius of Houston, Texas and wants to adopt two beautiful, funny, dark brown, female rats, please contact me. These are for pets only, not for snake food, not for lab studies...PETS! I will check if you say you want them.

I hate to use my site this way but my brother is breathing down my neck and threatening to make me take them to the SPCA.
